If you visit our website without otherwise transmitting data to us (e.g., by using the contact form), we collect technically necessary data. This data is automatically transmitted to our server. This includes, among other things, the following information:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Content of the request
  • Access status/HTTP status code

This is technically necessary in order to be able to display our website to you. We also use the data to ensure the security and stability of our website. The legal basis for the collection is Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.
This website does not use cookie technologies that require consent. Only technically necessary cookies without personal reference are used, which serve the presentation, security, and stability of our website. The legal basis for the collection is Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.

Data processing in the context of the use of the contact form

The data of the following groups of persons are processed within the scope of the use of the contact form by the respective responsible persons in the respective company (see “Person responsible for data processing when using the contact form”) for the performance of tasks.

In detail, this means:

Customer data is processed for the performance and support of the contractual relationship or the pre-contractual relationship as well as contact enquiries and communication on the basis of Article 6 (b) and Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR.

The service provider specified in each case is therefore responsible for processing your data when using the contact form.

Storage period

The stored personal data will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements. They are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the processing purpose, a given consent is revoked or other permissions no longer apply. Data that must still be stored, e.g., for commercial or tax reasons or whose storage is still necessary for the assertion, exercise, or defence of legal claims, will be deleted as soon as this is no longer the case.

Data subject rights

If your personal data is processed, you have the following data subject rights:

  • a right of access to the processed data and a copy,
  • a right to rectification if incorrect data about you is being processed,
  • a right to erasure, unless exceptions apply as to why the data is still being stored, for example, retention obligations or limitation periods
  • a right to restriction of processing,
  • a right to revoke consent to data processing at any time,
  • a right to object to processing in the public or legitimate interest,
  • a right to data portability,
  • a right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority if you find that your data is not being processed properly. The Berlin commissioner for data protection and freedom of information is responsible for the operator of this website.
